Known simply as, “The Theatres”, Bargreen Ellingson’s Test Kitchens and Theatres are fully functioning kitchens and meeting centers designed with our customers’ needs in mind first! With so many equipment choices out there we realize that selecting the right piece of equipment can be difficult to make. Why not try before you buy? Test the latest equipment offerings the industry has to offer, in one of our Theatres. The Theatres offer a unique way to test and play with equipment. Have a need to conduct training for your staff outside of your normal establishment or simply want to develop new menu items? How about having a little fun for your staff? We have the answer.

With over 1,100 square feet our Tacoma Theatre is the flagship of our Theatres and combines a fully operational bar and dish room! This facility offers a room full of technology such as full presentation capabilities, video and surround sound and it can support groups of 48 people for training or a total of 60 persons for dining purposes. With a large cook line and a refrigerated preparation counter you’re bound to create many masterpieces from the kitchen here!

The Seattle Theatre offers a spectacular “stadium-style” seating arrangement. This facility offers a more intimate feel than that of our Tacoma location and provides outstanding visibility to the center cooking and preparation area. Just like our Tacoma Theatre, the cook line can be configured to meet your specific needs and allows users to see the latest in foodservice equipment. The Seattle Theatre has two plasma screens, a full surround sound system, and state-of-the-art equipment in order to conduct meetings or general product preparations. Should you have a need to record an event, we can accommodate that too!
