Placing an Order

There are 4 easy ways to place your order:
1.) Contact your local Bargreen Ellingson representative at the store nearest you. For a complete list of locations please visit the Contact Us > Locations section of our webpage.
2.) Contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665. Monday through Friday 7am - 7pm Pacific Standard Time. Hawaii customers please call 1.800.355.0227. Canadian customers call 1.877.452.2430.
3.) Place an order securely on our website at www.bargreen.com
4.) Fax your Order to 1.888.208.4400 using the form found here.

Pricing

Pricing found on our website is based on U.S. showroom pricing. Established customers may receive additional discounts above and beyond that shown on the website. If you find a better price on an identical product please contact a sales representative. Prices do not include shipping & handling or taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. Hawaii residents please add 12% to order totals. Canadian customers, at this time please contact our customer service department for all order processing at 1.866.722.2665. All pricing is subject to change.

We can offer extra discounts on opening or large order packages. If you have an opening package and would like to receive a special bid, please contact a sales representative or our Customer Service Department at 1-866-722-2665 to arrange a special quotation.


Sales Tax
Tax is applicable for all Washington, California, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii and Wyoming orders. *You will not be charged sales tax if your business is outside one of these states, however you may be required to pay taxes to your state. *Please verify with your state, accountant or tax advisor. Sorry we cannot process Canadian orders at this time.

Terms of Sale
We accept Visa, MasterCard via the website. We also accept checks, however you must contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665 to place your order and arrange payment by check. We do not currently accept purchase orders or C.O.D. payment methods online.

Closeout / Outlet Store Purchase
We offer free shipping on all products available via our Closeout / Outlet Store section of our website (some restrictions may apply). Free shipping offered in the continental U.S. only.

We do not offer 2nd day or overnight shipping options on Closeout or Outlet Store purchases.

Closeout/Outlet Store purchases may be shipped seperately from other products on your order. Should you have any questions about ordering online or require further clarification, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665.

Will Call Orders
Should you like to pick up your order in person at one of our retail locations please do not place you order online. Please contact the store nearest to you or our Customer Service Department at 1.866.722.2665.

Canada / Other Countries
We are unable to process orders online for any country other than the U.S. at this time, however we may be able to accomodate your needs via our Customer Service Department at 1.866.722.2665.


Shipping & Handling
Shipping Methods are available at time of Order Processing. Please select a valid shipping method for your order. Standard Ground Shipping is the default shipping method for all orders. Alaska customers are encouraged to request a rate quote for the best rate. Please contact customer service at 1.866.722.2665 between 7am – 7pm P.S.T. Monday through Friday.

Sorry, we are unable to process orders or deliver products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Large, bulky or heavy items are typically delivered on large trucks which are not typically equipped with a Lift gate unless otherwise specified. If your business does not have a loading dock we suggest selecting "Lift gate Delivery" at checkout.

The shipping method will be chosen by Bargreen Ellingson. Orders will be provided with necessary tracking info after the order has been placed and as the order is shipped. Back-ordered items will not be assessed additional shipping charges. Orders placed by 11am PST will be shipped the same day.

Additional Shipping charges may apply for residential address shipments. Overnight or Rush Delivery is available! Please contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665 for additional assistance.

Refused Orders/Cancelled/Redelivery
Should a delivery be attempted by the freight carrier and the delivery has to be redelivered additional fees will apply. Should a portion and/or the entire order be cancelled or refused after delivery has occurred, additional restocking fees and shipping & handling fees for the initial delivery and its return will be applied. Should any changes occur after the order has been placed additional fees may apply also. Damaged equipment may be refused upon delivery at no additional charge, please refer to the Delivery Checklist section for additional information.



Returns
You must contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665 to arrange a return. When returning an item please provide us the original order information, such as the business name, order number and invoice number. Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.



Delivery Checklist
It is your responsibility to insure items that have been shipped to you are received in full. Please note the following before signing the bill of lading and before the driver leaves:

A.)
You have a right to refuse any shipment that shows signs of damage or quantity discrepancies. Please note any Damage or Quantity Discrepancies on your Bill of Lading/Freight Bill.
B.)
Verify the Condition and Quantity of products against the Bill of Lading/Freight Bill. Open all packaging and check for damage.
C.) If the driver does not allow time for you to thoroughly inspect your delivery, please note it on the Bill of Lading/Freight Bill.
D.)
Should you find concealed damage you must request an inspection by the delivery carrier and file a freight claim immediately. We can not file the claim for you. Please save all original packaging and contents for inspection. The freight carrier is responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping. Additionally you must notify Bargreen Ellingson by phone of all Quantity discrepancies or damage to your shipment within two days of receipt.

Security & Privacy
Bargreen Ellingson does not sell or provide your information to sources outside our organization. We will e-mail you notifications regarding the status of your order. We may also e-mail regarding new promotions or products and/or changes made to our website to help keep you informed. If you would like to be removed from the promotional e-mail updates please visit the "my account" section.

Credit card transactions are made safe through the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This technology helps keep transactions secure and safe.

Residential Use|Transactions

The equipment shown on Bargreen Ellingson is commercially rated and is not rated for residential use. For instance, most ranges are not fully insulated and could be dangerously hot to the touch causing extensive burns or a potential fire hazard. Refrigerated equipment is typically too loud for home use. Other issues pertaining to home owner's insurance and local codes may actually prevent you from using commercial equipment in your home. Warranties for products are null and void when utilized for residential use. Shipments for residential addresses may be subject to additional fees.


Warranties
Items sold by Bargreen Ellingson are warranted to the extent of the manufacturer's expressed warranties to us, from the date of sale. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase for making warranty claims. Manufacturer warranties are null and void for residential applications. Should you require assistance with a warranty claim please contact Customer Support at 1.866.722.2665 and we can direct you to the appropriate service agency in your area.
