With over 1,100 square feet our Tacoma Test Kitchen is the flagship of our Test Kitchens and combines a fully operational bar and dish room! This facility offers a room full of technology such as full presentation capabilities, video and surround sound and it can support groups of 48 people for training or a total of 60 persons for dining purposes. With a large cook line and a refrigerated preparation counter you’re bound to create many masterpieces from the kitchen here!
