An integral part of our Test Kitchen facilities is Corporate Chef Bob Mauer. Chef Bob operates as a resource to our customers and ensures that operators are fully educated on the benefits of the various pieces of equipment we have to offer.

Chef Bob also assists users to reduce labor in your kitchen as well as educate customers on how they can do more with less. He is a wizard with math as he views his knowledge of math as a way to increase profits for any foodservice based organization. Having worked in kitchens, Chef Bob knows the intricacies of the kitchen required to make your kitchen work effectively.

Chef Bob dedicates much of his time to students of the culinary profession and has worked extensively with community colleges, special needs students and students enrolled in the ProStart culinary program.
