Do you have any discounts available?

As a wholesale distributor, we may offer additional trade discounts. Please speak to a sales representative for more information on discounts and further promotions we may offer.

Can you add logos to products?

Logos can be added to many different products such as glassware, china, and disposable items such as napkins for an additional fee. Some items may require an order minimum. If you are interested in placing a logo onto a particular product, please inquire with a sales representative.

What is the phone number or address for a specific branch?

All branch phone numbers, addresses and our general manager’s contact information can be found on the locations page . Follow the link and select the location near you to find the phone number, address, and hours.

Where do I find my account number?

Once you are authenticated with an online account, and upon logging in, you will see your account number underneath the Bargreen Ellingson Logo in the upper left corner of the web page.

Why can't I add "Call for price" items to my online order?

Call for price items may be special order products or may have limited product access. Should you be interested in a particular product, please contact us through the online chat feature, the Contact Us page or by contacting your nearest sales representative.

How do I request copies of invoices?

To request an invoice, scroll to the bottom of the screen. Under the “User Access” section, click on the “Request an Invoice” and fill out the appropriate form.

Where do I find my order or invoice history on my account?

Upon login to your online account, you may access past orders and invoices. Visit the “Account” page and follow the prompts to “My Orders” or “My Invoices” to view your past orders or invoices.

Do you sell to the public?

Yes, anyone may purchase an item from Bargreen.com as well as in a nearby branch location with showrooms, however as a wholesale distributor, we tend to primarily service restaurants, bars, grocery stores, corporations etc., who oftentimes utilize products that may or may not be suitable for residential use.

Upon checkout, why does it prompt me for a credit card when we have NET 30 Terms?

If you’re account is setup to pay upon delivery or you have a NET 30 account and are prompted with a Credit Card payment option, please contact our web department to assist is setting you up with the proper check out options.

Is ___ branch open to the public to just walk in?

Our Ft Worth and Vancouver locations do not have a showroom, however you may Will Call an order to any location.

How do I get a copy of a credit?

If you have online account access, you may access credits under “Invoices” under your Account. (See answer to “How do I request copies of invoices?”)

Why do I have an OrderFly account?

An OrderFly account is an account that limits the product offering you have online. Your account may have been requested by an owner or manager within your organization to purposefully limit your check out options on account. This further creates a specification control point for your organization. Customer with an OrderFly account with see an OrderFly logo in the upper left hand corner and have a limited product view when logged into the Bargreen Ellingson website.

How much is shipping for this item?

To view the cost of shipping, add the item to the cart, view your cart, and fill out the “estimate shipping” information on the right-hand side of the screen. Additionally, we may be able to extend further discounts for equipment or multiple unit orders. Should you have further questions about our shipping costs or policies, please contact a sale representative.

Why can’t I find X online, but can with your competition?

We do not carry every item online however we have access to millions of products. If there is an item that you do not see on the website that you would like a quotation for, please consult a sales representative and we can offer a price or place a special order for you.

How do I setup an online account and access my special order guide and pricing?

Contact a sales representative or visit the main page of the website and from the main page of the website, click on the “connect or create account” feature. Requests will typically take within 1 business day to connect your account.

Local Deliveries. How does it work? Holiday deliveries, etc.?

Bargreen Ellingson operates its own fleet of trucks to insure you receive your products in a prompt and efficient manner. This also eliminates other factors such as breakage and the potential for theft. Some of our locations also extend Saturday delivery service. In the event of a major holiday such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day, we will not delivery that day and resume our normal delivery post holiday.
