The Portland Test Kitchen is over 2,900 square feet and is our newest and most advanced test kitchen facility. We have designed this facility to utilize energy efficient lighting, equipment and technology to show how foodservice operators can save money in their establishments.
The Portland Test Kitchen features a fully-functioning bar and urban industrial details including 20' high ceilings in the cooking area with exposed wood beams and ductwork to show off all of the components of a working kitchen.
Classroom & Banquet
With various seating options, the uses for this facility are endless. The Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 54 guests for conference style seating, 100 guests for dining style seating, and up to 27 for bar seating. Smaller parties can enjoy a more personal experience similar to dining at the chef’s table in your favorite restaurant’s kitchen.
