Paring Knives

The paring knife works great when you need a hand-held knife to peel, cut, deseed fruits, or perform any detailed precise cuts. Paring knives vary in length from 2.75 – 4.5 inches (though the 4.5 is bordering utility knife) and are most commonly found in lengths 3.0 – 3.5 inches. Paring knives have a little bit more complexity when choosing the right one. There are Serrated, Spear Point, Sheep’s Foots, and Birds Beak, all unique and useable in their own way; but the most common is Spear Point. No matter what style that you find yourself using, one thing is for sure; this knife is the most dexterous knife in your kitchen. Offering a multitude of types of steels, handles, blade shapes and lengths, Bargreen Ellingson will have the right knife for you.
