Placing an Order

There are 3 simple ways to order from us:

  • - Visit us in person at one of our nearest locations. For a complete list of locations visit the “Locations” section of our website. Public welcome!
  • - Contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665. Monday through Friday 7am - 6pm (PST). Hawaii customers please call 1.800.355.0227. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm (HST). Canadian customers call 1.877.452.2430. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm (PST) 


 Pricing on our website is based on showroom pricing and may vary from one market to another. Customers with an established account may receive additional discounts not reflected at bargeen.com. Should you find a better price on an identical product please contact a sales representative and we will do our best to match the price for an identical product. Prices listed do not include shipping, handling or taxes unless otherwise noted. All pricing is subject to change.  Additional discounts on opening or large order packages may be available. If you have an opening package and would like to receive a special bid, please contact a Bargreen Ellingson representative through the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website or by contacting Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665.

Product Content Disclaimer

Bargreen Ellingson attempts to be as thorough and accurate with its listed product data as possible. Should you feel Bargreen Ellingson has made an error, please contact us and we will refund you the original purchase price for the product(s) in question once the merchandise has been returned in unused condition.

Product Reviews

We encourage reviews for all products we sell. Online reviews for products can be made by creating a user profile or customer account. Reviews with inappropriate content, such as actual names of people, phone numbers, addresses, non-Bargreen URL’s and obscenities will not be posted. Offensive content will also not be allowed. Bargreen Ellingson will verify that an actual purchase has been made to Bargreen Ellingson by the person posting a review before posting the actual review.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged for all products and orders based on the product’s delivery destination. Tax exempt customers, please contact a Bargreen Ellingson associate at 1.866.722.2665 in order to process your order or to setup you online account. Please verify with your state, accountant or tax advisor for other arrangements.

Terms of Sale

At Bargreen.com, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. For established customers with NET Accounts, purchases made online can be applied towards your account. We also accept checks. To setup your NET account online or pay by check or C.O.D., please contact our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us section of the website or by calling us at 1.866.722.2665

In Store Pickup or Will Call Orders

If you're near a Bargreen Ellingson showroom or our Fife Distribution Center you can skip out on shipping charges by taking advantage of our free in-store pickup! Simply select "In Store Pickup" upon checkout and select the appropriate location from the pull down menu. Some products may take longer to arrive than others, as not all products may be available in our local branch and may come for our Distribution Center. To check product availability, simply select a product and your nearest branch to view local availability. If an item ordered will be delayed by more than 3 working days, a Bargreen Ellingson associate will attempt to notify you directly. When products are ready for pickup, an order notification will be sent to the original email address provided at the time of order (typically the next business day). Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions about In Store or Will Call availability in your area: 1.866.722.2665.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed by 1pm PST for In Stock products will be processed shipped the same day, Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 6 weeks for Non-Stock items to be processed. Shipping methods are presented during the checkout process. Please select a valid shipping method for your order. Standard Ground Shipping is the default shipping method for most orders; we also provide both 2-3 Day and Overnight delivery service as an option. We offer local delivery to most areas within a 100+/- mile radius of our branch locations to most businesses. Established customers have the ability to receive their orders via our local truck delivery service when the option is presented. If you believe your business is in one of our delivery areas and would like to add our local truck delivery to your online account or just have a general question about Shipping and Handling, please contact us.

Sorry, we are unable to process orders or deliver products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed on business days will process accordingly but we do not ship on major holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on a Holiday or Saturday or Sunday will process the next business day. Large, bulky or heavy items are typically delivered on large trucks which are not typically equipped with a Lift gate unless otherwise specified. If your business does not have a loading dock we suggest contacting Customer Service for a "Lift Gate Delivery" or selecting the option at checkout. In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, the final shipping method will be chosen by Bargreen Ellingson. Orders will be provided with necessary tracking info after the order has been placed and as the order is shipped. Any Back-ordered items will not be assessed additional shipping charges. Additional Shipping charges may apply for residential address shipments may be applied to special order items. Please contact Customer Service through the Contact Us feature or by calling 1.866.722.2665 for additional assistance.

Bargreen Ellingson Local Truck Deliveries

We offer frequent deliveries to most areas within a 100 mile radius of our branch locations to most businesses. Do you already receive deliveries via a Bargreen Ellingson truck or are you a business in one of our service areas? If you're already an established Bargreen Ellingson customer or if you believe your business is in one of our delivery areas and would like to add our local truck delivery to your online account, please contact your sales representative or contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665.

Refused Orders/Cancelled/Redelivery

Should a delivery be attempted by the freight carrier and the delivery is redelivered, additional fees may apply. Should a portion and/or the entire order be cancelled or refused after delivery has occurred, additional restocking fees and shipping and handling fees for the initial delivery and its return may also be applied. Should any changes occur after the order has been placed additional fees may apply. Damaged equipment may be refused upon delivery at no additional charge, please refer to the Delivery Checklist section for additional information.

Returns Policy

Bargreen Ellingson offers many of the best products available in the Foodservice Industry and strives for your complete satisfaction. In the event you would like to initiate a return or exchange, you may return your purchase to Bargreen Ellingson regardless of whether a product was purchased in a Bargreen Ellingson store, online, or by phone.

  • - Purchases for unused stock items can be returned or exchanged in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase to any of our locations, to one of our drivers, sales staff or directly to our Distribution Centers (see Return Mailing addresses below). Special Order or Non-Stock items may require a restocking fee up to 50% and should be returned to the original location in which it was purchased.
  • - In the event Bargreen Ellingson has shipped the wrong product(s), Bargreen Ellingson will issue a call tag for the products return at no cost and allow the customer a credit or refund for undamaged products(s).
  • - If product(s) were ordered incorrectly, Customers will be required to return the item at their expense and will be credited for the product costs only once the product has been received.
  • - When returning products to us via carrier, we strongly suggest that you ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to insure the package makes it to us safely.

Please return your products to any one of our locations or contact Customer Service at 1.866.722.2665 or via the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website to initiate a return. When returning an item, please provide us the following along with your shipment:

  • - Business and/or Customer Contact Name
  • - Contact Phone Number and/or Email Address
  • - Account Number
  • - Copy of the Original Invoice OR an Order Confirmation
  • - Reason for Return

Refund/Credit Policy

Replacement Products can be obtained by contacting any Bargreen Ellingson Sales Associate or by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1.866.722.2665.

  • - Replacement Products ordered online will be charged the purchase price and shipping. The original charges will be credited in full once the original product is returned.
  • - Products may also be returned or exchanged in person with no additional charge to any one of our locations. Please call or check online for availability before visiting the location.
  • - NET customers will be assigned a credit to their account while C.O.D. customers will be credited via original payment method or by check.

Please include your original invoice number with your return so we may expedite your refund as promptly as possible. Sorry, we do not refund expedited shipping charges unless an item is found to be defective after inspection.

Clearance and Outlet Merchandise Policy

Products sold on clearance from any of our locations or purchased from our Everett Outlet location are “as is”. Sales for these products are final. If a customer sends a clearance item or Outlet Store item to the Bargreen Ellingson Returns Department, the item(s) will be held for 30 days and returned to the customer at their expense once notified by the customer.

Delivery Checklist

It is your responsibility to insure items that have been shipped to you are received in full. Please note the following before signing the bill of lading and before the driver leaves: You have a right to refuse any shipment that shows signs of damage or quantity discrepancies.

  1. Open all packaging and check for damage.
  2. Please save all original packaging and contents for inspection.
  3. The freight carrier is responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping.
  4. If the driver does not allow time for you to thoroughly inspect your delivery, please note it on the Bill of Lading/Freight Bill.
  5. If you should find concealed damage you must request an inspection by the delivery carrier and file a freight claim immediately.
  6. Notify Bargreen Ellingson by phone of all quantity discrepancies or damage to your shipment within two business days of receipt.
  7. Note any Damage or Quantity Discrepancies on your Bill of Lading/Freight Bill prior to the delivery services departing from your operation.
  8. Sorry, we cannot file the claim for you.

Security and Privacy

Bargreen Ellingson does not sell or provide your information to sources outside our organization. We may e-mail you notifications regarding the status of your order or we may also e-mail regarding new promotions or products and/or changes made to our website to help keep you informed. If you would like to be removed from the promotional e-mail updates please visit the "my account" section or simply remove yourself via the "unsubscribe" feature found in the e-mail.

Online transactions are made safe through the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This technology helps keep transactions secure and safe.

Residential Use Transactions

The equipment and products sold by Bargreen Ellingson is commercially rated and is not intended for residential use. While most items can be used in residential applications (pans, utensils, etc.) other items such as equipment should not be without further review. For instance, most commercial ranges are not fully insulated and could be dangerously hot to the touch causing extensive burns or a potential fire hazard for your home. Refrigerated equipment pieces are typically too loud for home use. Other issues, including limitations in home owner's insurance policies and local codes, may actually prevent you from using commercial equipment in your home. Warranties for equipment are null and void when utilized for residential use. Shipments for residential addresses may be subject to additional fees. Should you have any questions related to specific product use in your home, please contact a Bargreen Ellingson Representative.


Items sold by Bargreen Ellingson are warranted to the extent of the manufacturer's expressed warranties to us, from the date of sale. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase for making warranty claims. Manufacturer warranties are null and void for equipment utilized in residential applications, purchased through our Outlet location or as a Used/Closeout item from any of our locations. Should you require assistance with a warranty claim, please contact Customer Support at 1.866.722.2665 and we can direct you to the appropriate service agency in your area.


Periodically Bargreen Ellingson may offer select promotions for its customers. These promotions may include additional discounts such as free shipping on select items or a percentage off of select products. Due to certain standing customer agreements, these discounts may not be applicable for all customers. Should you have questions as to how these discounts are to be used, please contact a Bargreen Ellingson representative.
